Your profile will be send for approval to the Membership Moderator. Membership is open to everyone who is actively involved in education about LGBT issues and wants to invest in the collaboration that GALE offers.
The Membership Moderator will review your Alliance membership application He or she will do this by checking your profile. If there are doubts, the Membership Moderator will contact you and ask you to provide additional information.
If the Membership Moderator rejects your submission after you edited your profile, you are entitled to an appeal. For the appeal you have to write an e-mail with arguments to the Membership Moderator. If the Membership Moderator rejects your appeal, you can make a second appeal to the Advisory Board.
